bbaji Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions have been updated most recently and will remain in effect until further notice. By using the bbaji platform, you are considered to have fully accepted these terms. If you disagree with any of them, please do not use the platform.

General Provisions

bbaji is an online casino and sports betting platform designed and operated specifically for players in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between bbaji and any user of the platform ("you" or "member").

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. If you do not understand any part of the Terms, you are encouraged to contact the bbaji support team.

1.1 Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the bbaji website, applications, and all related services.
• "Account" refers to your personal registered profile.
• "Balance" refers to the real money held in your account.
• "Bonus Balance" refers to additional funds granted under a promotion, which are only withdrawable after specific conditions have been met.
• "Wagering" refers to the requirement to place a specified amount of bets using bonus funds.

1.2 Applicability

These Terms apply equally across the entire platform — including all sections such as slots, live casino, cricket betting, cockfighting, and Captain Fisher. Separate terms may apply to specific promotions or games, but they supplement these main Terms and do not replace them.

Account Registration & Eligibility

The following eligibility requirements must be met in order to open and use an account on the bbaji platform.

2.1 Age Requirement

Only individuals aged 21 or above may open an account and place bets on bbaji. bbaji may request an identity document or valid proof of age at any time for verification. Providing a false age will result in the immediate closure of the account and all balances may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and any bonus balances will be cancelled. If multiple accounts are operated from the same device, IP address, or payment method, bbaji may treat them as duplicate accounts.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — including name, date of birth, phone number, and payment details — must be accurate and up to date. Any changes must be reported to the support team without delay. bbaji is not responsible for any withdrawal delays or rejections caused by incorrect information.

2.4 Verification Process (KYC)

bbaji may request identity verification at any time for security and fraud prevention purposes. Failure to provide the required documents may result in withdrawals being placed on hold.

Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at bbaji is ৳300 — applicable equally for all payment methods. Accepted payment methods are:

• Nagad — Mobile Financial Service
• Rocket — Mobile Banking Service
• Upay — Mobile Payment Service
• Bank Transfer — Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other designated banks

bbaji does not accept payments made through any method other than those listed above. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the deposit. Funds can only be withdrawn to a verified account.

3.3 Rejections & Holds

bbaji reserves the right to hold a withdrawal in cases of suspected fraud, incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, or breach of these Terms. In such situations, you are encouraged to contact the support team.

Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit at bbaji, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 your bonus will be ৳1,000 and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳18,000, your bonus will be the maximum ৳8,000 and your total balance will be ৳26,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Before the bonus can be withdrawn, you must place bets equal to 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only — not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Policy

• Each bonus has its own validity period; if not used within the specified time, the bonus will expire.
• While a bonus is active, the real money balance is withdrawable, but the bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until wagering is complete.
• bbaji reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• A new bonus cannot be activated while another promotion is still active.
• bbaji reserves the right to cancel a bonus if fraud or irregular betting patterns are suspected.

4.4 VIP Program

bbaji has four tiers for VIP members: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move to higher tiers — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold, and 0.8% weekly cashback at Platinum. VIP tier changes depend on your overall activity and consistency of play on the platform.

Betting & Gameplay

5.1 General Gaming Policy

All games on bbaji operate under fair play principles and outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game results are not predetermined in any way and cannot be controlled by bbaji or any third party.

5.2 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet limit, which is displayed within the game interface. It is not possible to place a bet outside the defined limits.

5.3 Sports Betting

Betting markets are available for cricket, football, kabaddi, and other sports. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a match is postponed or abandoned, bets will be settled or refunded in accordance with the applicable rules.

5.4 Technical Issues

If a game is left incomplete due to a technical error, bbaji will attempt to re-credit the account or refund the bet amount following a proper investigation. Abnormally large winnings resulting from an error cannot be claimed.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. bbaji will never ask for your password via phone, email, or live chat.

6.1 Password Protection

• Use a strong password — at least 8 characters, including numbers and special characters.
• Do not share your password with anyone.
• Always log out after using a public device.

6.2 Unauthorized Access

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the bbaji support team immediately. bbaji is not liable for any damage or loss caused by a third party using your account — provided you have notified us in a timely manner.

6.3 SSL Encryption

The bbaji platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep your personal information and financial transactions secure. Even so, you are advised to use a secure internet connection.

Responsible Gaming

bbaji believes that entertainment should be enjoyed within limits. We prioritize the mental and financial well-being of our members.

7.1 Setting Spending Limits

Set a personal weekly or monthly betting limit for yourself and stick to it. Do not spend beyond that limit.

7.2 Voluntary Account Break

If you feel that betting is having a negative impact on your life, please contact the support team. bbaji is able to arrange a temporary account suspension or permanent closure.

7.3 Protection of Minors

The bbaji platform is strictly for users aged 21 and above. If children or teenagers may have access to your device, it is recommended that you use parental control software.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbaji platform:

• Any attempt at fraud, deception, or gaining an unfair advantage
• Opening multiple accounts or operating a third party's account
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transfer of funds
• Abusing or coordinating bets (collusion) to circumvent bonus terms
• Using automated software, bots, or any other artificial method
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the platform's security systems
• Operating an account using a false identity or another person's details
• Using abusive or threatening behavior toward bbaji staff

If any of the above activities are proven or reasonably suspected, bbaji reserves the right to suspend or cancel the account, forfeit all balances, and take legal action if necessary.

Intellectual Property & Ownership

All content displayed on the bbaji platform — including logos, designs, software, graphics, text, images, and videos — is protected under the intellectual property rights of bbaji or its respective licensees.

9.1 Permitted Use

You may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only. Copying, reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any content on the platform without prior written permission from bbaji is prohibited.

9.2 Third-Party Software

Games from various game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, and PG Soft, are protected by the intellectual property rights of their respective companies. Any claims relating to these games will be governed by the terms and conditions of those companies.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bbaji is not liable for the following:

• Game interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, power outages, or third-party service failures
• Any loss arising from your own negligence or errors in providing information
• Financial losses from betting outcomes (gambling inherently carries financial risk)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

bbaji always strives to maintain a safe and reliable platform. However, service interruptions due to technical issues or unforeseen circumstances may not always be completely avoidable.

Account Closure

11.1 Closure at Your Initiative

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closing the account, all active bets must be settled and any outstanding balance must be withdrawn.

11.2 Closure at bbaji's Initiative

In cases of breach of terms, evidence of fraud, or suspicious activity, bbaji may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice. In such cases, any legitimate deposit balance will be returned, but bonus balances will be forfeited.

11.3 Inactive Accounts

bbaji may separately publish a policy regarding accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Before closing an account due to inactivity, the account holder will be notified via their registered contact method.

Amendment of Terms

bbaji reserves the right to partially or fully amend these rules and terms at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified via their registered email or through a notification on the platform.

Continuing to use the platform after changes take effect means you have accepted the revised terms. You are therefore encouraged to check this page regularly.
